39 No. Monopile foundations 4.6-6.5m diameter x 65-90mm wall thickness with 5m diameter Transition Pieces

 

41 No. Jacket foundations up to 66m high

 

Commercial management of the project onsite in Rostock, Germany during fabrication and installation of the foundations during 2014 and 2015.

 

In December 2016 the fabrication subcontractor instigated arbitration proceedings under the German DIS Rules.

 

PFCL returned to the project in January 2017 to work with the contractor and its lawyers Pinsent Masons to prepare the defense and counter-claim documents. Third Memorials were submitted in September 2018.
